Railroad Safety. I cross RR tracks at least twice every day. I wish this Dem-sponsored Bill actually made crossings safer. It doesn’t, and I offered an amendment to fix it. Of course, all the D’s votes it down.

No surprises here! Yet again, Colorado Democrats are doing all they can to further constrain Colorado's economic prosperity.

Their latest attempt, SB 162, will create more regulation and beef up their own partisan bureaucracy.
